We, at Rustic Art Exports lay emphasis on high norms of quality and hence use the finest available quality of hard wood, namely Sheesham and Acacia. However, upon the request of buyer, other woods like Mango, Rubber wood and Teak may be used.

Absolutely. The nature of each wood is different and hence products made using different woods will be different in looks, weight, age, finish etc. Upon meeting the buyer personally, our representatives would recommend the type of wood to be used depending on the budget.

To start with, all purchased wood is treated and seasoned to ensure 100% pest-free and moisture-less raw material. Henceforth, each plank is individually selected by a specialist inspector, to be put into production. Supplementary materials such as bonding adhesives and iron nails / hardware of high standards are used in our products. We take pride in our quality and hence take full guarantee for our products.

It is quintessential for a well crafted product to be packed in a protective way to avoid any damage or deformation during transit or transportation. However, we pack the products entirely as per the buyer’s specification and budget. We use a multitude of packing materials such as brown paper, corrugated rolls, bubble rolls, foam sheets and corners, heavy-duty cartons etc.

Besides guaranteeing full customer satisfaction, we offer a unique sample-production facility, whereby we can manufacture samples from sketches or drawings provided by the purchaser. We are flexible with making changes to antiquated products and other handicraft items. We believe in constant innovation and hence manufacture plenty of custom made furniture and hence encourage new concepts and designs.

We provide an array of finishes and polishes which suit the tastes of different buyers, like painted finish, antiquated furniture finish, distressed wood finish, lacquered finish, waxed finish etc. A product and its finishing can be modified in a number of ways as the buyer wants.
